About Sport Outreach

Sport Outreach Inc. is a community based brain injury rehabilitation business that also supports Wellness, Recreation, Health & Fitness goals.  Our mission is to enhance the quality of life, independence and overall wellness for our clients.  We assess and treat children, adults, and seniors with mild to catastrophic neurological impairments, orthopedic injuries and chronic pain.  We provide support at our clinic, in the community, home, work and gym.
